Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from Bella Vita. You can inspect your order with the courier before you pay, and if something isn't right you can still return or exchange it after delivery.

Return window

Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
• Items bought on sale or as part of a discounted bundle are refunded at the price actually paid.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

How to return

Message us on WhatsApp at 01039726094 with your order number and we will arrange the pickup. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund is issued within 7 business days through the original payment method, or by mobile wallet / InstaPay for cash on delivery orders.
